Close demands that have it status set as 0 (requested), changing it to 1 (finished) or 2 (refused)

Resources will be processed when success or will return an error code when failure.

3404 - Supply demand not found.
3422 - Status is invalid.

Check the command parameters, they may be incorrect or empty

The tenant informed in header may not have been found

Invalid header format, use XML or Json on header accept
